Order of the Waking Flame Ritual

[This document describes a ritual that must be performed at a dedicated shrine deeper inside this annex. If successful, the ritual will allow the performer of the ritual to communicate directly with Mehrunes Dagon. At least, that seems to be the general idea. Notes in the margin indicate that the ritual was inscribed by Eshil, Doombringer of the Order of the Waking Flame.]
