The Reach witches located another source of netherroot. It grows in abundance beneath the village of Karthwasten and has been largely ignored as having no use by the indigenous locals. The root itself is a different strain from the form found in the northern sections of Blackreach, but by adding the component as I instructed before you set out, it will serve our purposes quite well. The root itself will grow faster and help create even more powerful harrowstorms once harvested.
Your orders are to farm this new strain in order to supply the witches. Someone will come to check on your progress in a week’s time.
