Whereas, a visitor possesses sufficient combat skills and,
Whereas a visitor possesses a sound moral compunction,
All newcomers that meet these criteria are ordered to present themselves to the Divine Prosecution for deputization for the purpose of accepting contract law enforcement assignments.
