Bounty: Cleaning Our Waterways
By order of [Jarl]:
Some have taken to using the water that runs through [Town Name] as a place to dispose of empty bottles, worn boots, and other unwanted things. Not only is this unsightly, it poses a danger to our citizens. Sadly, we do not have the men to spare to clean up this mess.
Any who can fish up at least [Random Number] pieces of trash from [Town Name]'s waters shall be rewarded. Help us keep our city safe and clean for everyone.
