Loranna-Azura quickly gets her pack, her sword and shield, and her tiara; her blue dress she leaves on the bed with the scribbled note tucked onto it.

Swiftly packing her remaining things, she shoulders the pack and says "Ready."

Allerleirauh went into the kitchen, stopped, and listened at the back door. With magical travel it was impossible to be sure how many people were near, or how quickly they could arrive.

"If she has anything enchanted, I will find it." Arynel said.

The Breton closed his eyes and a strange purple aura formed around him.

reichi headed into his room and grabed what apeared to be a conglomeration between clothing and netch armor.He doned it and placed his normal robe over.Then, placed a Morag tong styled netch leather helmet over his head.Drawing the Wakizashi he heads back downstairs.The glass eyepices of the helmet glinting in the candle-light."I wonder...what type of armor do the knights use?"

One doesn't detect Lady Castellian in Loranna's room...

(By the way, Allie, the Tavernkeep already left. You didn't give him any gold)

(But you do hear movement outside)

Quickly Solin grabs his pack and runs to the tavern's stables. He needs to secure his books before he does anything rash... besides his armor is with his horse...

"I since nothing unusual." Arynel said at last.

The Breton heads towards the others.

*One moves to his room after not being so successful with the spell...normally a Detect Creatures spell always worked but tonight it was fuzzy and inaccurate...he retrieves his Staff and Robe and rejoins the group in the hallway...*

"Hmm...either theirs more than one person or somethings really wrong with my magic...I wonder..."

I unsheath my Wakisashi from my robe, but hide it next to my lower left arm, hand firmly grasped on the hilt. I can draw it in less than a second this way.

"I think it's time to make our Getaway..." I look at Loranna. "Shall we?"

Hakan waits just outside the steps of the tavern.

"One, you seem distracted aside from the situation at hand...what is it?" inquires Louis.

ooc: Aren't the stables outside? You run outside?

Allerleirauh touched Arynel's arm. "Someone's outside," she whispered, almost soundlessly. "Dowse the light."

Loranna-Azura sighs. " .... It seems they're already here," she says, frowning. "Anyone capable of leaving via magic, I suggest you do so now; those who can't ..."

Arynel throws forth his arm, and the lights in the tavern go out.

ooc: Indeed, Solin is very concerned about his notes, so much so that he left with preparing himself...

"Do you have a way out, Loranna? Or should we just run?" I look her up and down. "Are you still too weak?"

"Here we go again"

Standing in the doorway Hakan can hear most what goes on inside..the thought of leaving in such a situation didn't sit well....

ooc: Hold on ...

I didn't realize some of you were already outside.

There's stuff outside. Bad stuff. So you can't just be waiting outside. And you can't go to the stables.

Or, I guess you can -- but I better tell you what you see.

The broken wall seemed a better exit than the door. Allerleirauh heard Solin run out, and waited to see what happened to him. She had a Mark... but these were her companions.

Occ:Agreed this is getting a whee bit hectic.

Okay, Solin do you want to surrender to the Queen's finest, or fight , or ry to escape?

ooc: Plus, my connection at home is slow ... apologies if I'm not posting fast enough ...

"I have a Mark set already," Loranna-Azura says, her expression hardening. " ... However, I would prefer not to see any more of you die; I was hoping to call upon your companionship in the future."

Closing her eyes, she adds " ... That and I'm starting to grasp the concept of friendship, and Loranna is coming to see several of you as close friends. I will offer what help I can until it is clear I can do no more."

Hakan felt an strange breeze on his back, much colder than it had been in recent days. Reaching in his crate on the step he pulled out his helm and put it on. One he crafted himself, light as glass but with the shine of steel...basically a closed coolus with a low steeping neck guard and short brow guard...he gradually steps back into the tavern, feeling compelled to.

OOC:He'll surrender if out numbered and surrounded but the nine help whoever touch those notes...

"I too have a mark." Arynel said. "If it concerns anyone."

"My Lady, I cannot simply leave you," looking at the confusion, I slip my sword a little further out. "I don't know what could happen, so I will stay with you until you force me to Recall..."

Here's the situation.

If you were to look outside, the moon reflects on the armor of a dozen guards wearing the Rose of Wayrest on their uniforms who are standing outside. The Tavernkeep stands next to them, miserably, wrapped in chains. Archers line the roof tops and trees beyond. Lady Castellian stands with them in her armor.

If you’ve stepped outside, she says: “You are under arrest on suspicion of treason.”

"Can anybody see Solin?"

*Peering out the window One sees the army which has formed outside...*

"Well this should be interesting...to bad Ami's not here"

Reichi still stood in the dark.Near the tavern door.His scarred, dented, Daedric Wakizashi in one hand.Ready to strike down any hostile force coming through.

Allie chuckled very softly. "Arynel, it's my habit to worry about you without need. So... do we leave this poor man to his fate?"

"Treason." Arynel whispers. "What are they thinking? Treason..."

The Breton turns to Allie. "No, I believe we have a duty to our companions."

"Until the bitter end, i would sooner be slain than retreat!" Shouts Hakan, "My only regret would be if it were that my task in life were not yet done...though i can easily return to Raven Rock any moment i don't know if i shall."

"I have a Mark set as well, but should we not size up our foe before making strategic retreat?" said Louis drawing his Katana.

I stare at the guards. It's quite a force: I've never fought anything like it, and I don't plan on it unless I'm asked to.

"What should we do?" I ask Azura. "We can't simply give in..."

Solin stumbles to a startled halt at the sight of so many armed Knights. Careful as to not upset the archers he reponds calmly, "Treason, how so?"

"This barkeep they have has done nothing wrong in our presence...surely we can't leave him to those fools," says Hakan in a stern voice.

"I can sense the Archers...their using Enchanted Arrows...probably fire...their all over the tree lines and rooftops...suggestions anyone?"

Ooc: I’m not going to run this like a GM running a regular battle. You all can fight, kill guards, kill Lady Castellian for all I care (though she’s pretty tough), get captured .... You know what your character is capable of.… have fun!

"You're assuming thinking factors into this someplace at all," Darius mutters. " ... It seems impolite to let that poor fool suffer because of us even if he did bilk me for every drake I've got ..."

Reichi sighed.Man....am i the only one without a mark and recall set?I need to get my act together and anticipate ful scale battles.he thought."Geuss i'll have to run the gauntlet.Fun.."

"Consorting with the enemy," says Lady Castellian. "Will you come quietly?"

Hakan shouts, "I have 2 divine intervention scrolls in my crate, but only two..if anyone should need them, i know i won't."

"I would certainly love to have my daedric bow right now," laughs Louis."

Rilis teleports in at this minute, 17 Direnni mages and soldiers in tow.
"If you may charge us with treason in an area well outside the jurisdiction of Wayrest, then, as the ruling family of Balfiera, I am in full authority to charge you with treason. Resisting will only get you a quick and painful death."

Loranna-Azura frowns, and stares hard at the enemy ...

" ... Are all those who can leave via magic safely gone yet?" she asks. "I can try what I did to the witch on the lady Castellan, and some of her guards, but it offers but a moment of distraction at best."

'STILL FIGHTING OVER MUD?" Allie shouted, through the rent in the wall. "As if I care about Elysana's tiny kingdom."

To Arynel she said, "Have you ever had a bounty on your head?"

"That'll work...I doubt we get out of this unscathed...if Rilis and friends weren't in the way I'd light the trees up and scorch the rooftops...but Solin would certainly be killed...

I think all those who want to go via magic are gone, but I also think a lot of them are determined to fight it out. I tell her. I have a potion of invisibility, but only one. If I give it to you, and cast Chameleon on myself, that still leaves Rilis...

"No, I have not." Arynel said to Allie. "And the experience does not sound pleasurable."
