To understand these stuff better and learn what I'm talking about in here, I advise you to read my Uutak series, but it's not obligatory.

C0DA 1

HRAHNDEYL walks forward from the Black-Welkin and Talks into the Vast Silence of his former people, the Echmer, who he used to be before Him the Celestial killed Him the Mundane and then birthed him again.

"ARM YOURSELVES."

"WE LEAVE AT DUSK."

C0DA 3

PIC 3: INT. ALD SOTHA _ CORNER CLUB _ “NIGHT”

Jubal, slightly drunk and growing tired, is sitting alone at the table as a humanoid bat creature glowing with a gray aura walks forward and takes a seat. The newcomer folds his wings along his chair, and his earrings twinkle from his own self-light.

TEXT UPPER LEFT (FONT DIFF) Later

HRAHNDEYL Greetings, Jubal-Lun-Sul. May I take this seat?

JUBAL-LUN-SUL What in the hell are you supposed to be?

HRAHNDEYL I think you know what I am, Jubal-Lun-Sul. May I take this seat?

JUBAL-LUN-SUL Humph.

JUBAL-LUN-SUL (CONT'D) You are a Spirit. But not just any kind of Spirit. You are like old Tiber, and Vehk, and what Lorkhan could've been if he hadn't: a fucking anomaly in a sea full of anomalies.

The two sit there in temporary silence, waiting.

HRAHNDEYL

JUBAL-LUN-SUL (CONT'D)

JUBAL-LUN-SUL (CONT'D) Yes, you can take the damn seat.

HRAHNDEYL Thank you.

JUBAL-LUN-SUL I have a bone to pick with you, you know.

HRAHNDEYL As expected.

JUBAL-LUN-SUL You and your people, you could've stopped this. No one else knew the Dwemer like your kind did. Hell, my ancestors spent years warring and living with the Dwemer but they never got as close to them as you did.

HRAHNDEYL What are you trying to say, Jubal-Lun-Sul?

JUBAL-LUN-SUL You messed everything up! You Echmer, you all just thought that you'd spend all of your time on your island in the sea and not give a crap about everyone else. Where were you when things got hot? You had NOTES, verbal, written, and thought, for crying out loud. But during Landfall, you just vanished. You left. YOU COULD'VE STOPPED NUMIDIUM.

HRAHNDEYL Probably.

JUBAL-LUN-SUL That word is almost as bad as the other one.

HRAHNDEYL Except it isn't.

Silence again, this time it is longer.

HRAHNDEYL (CONT'D) You want to know why, don't you?

JUBAL-LUN-SUL We're not in the Corner Club, are we? Of course we aren't, even amongst other Spirits you can't be noticed. Of course I want to know why.

HRAHNDEYL But you already do.

JUBAL-LUN-SUL Don't play games with me, Talk. I know your true name.

HRAHNDEYL I know you do, Jubal-Lun-Sul. But I know yours. You tell me, my people that I used to and still do belong to could've stopped Numidium.

HRAHNDEYL begins to fade away. It is unclear if he is merely exiting or just entering again.

HRAHNDEYL (CONT'D) But I beg to ask you…which one?

Any comments?

Yup, I have one.
A few times in C0DA the characters ask Jubal the line "Which one?", (correct me if I am wrong) the first time Vivec and for the second time Almalexia, both referring to Nerevar. Well, maybe is a very silly question, but what is the real meaning of "which one"? I think there was only one Nerevar( I'm not talking of the Nerevarine) so they cannot choose among different ones! Is blowing my brains out...

@TheGrimDunmer

I thought the question "Which one?" referred to the Numidium?

I thought the same thing, but then i saw that both in C0DA and in the upper text the question cannot refer to him, because there is no logical answer concerning the Numidium(s), or at least i think so.

I think the quote refers to the multiple Nerevarines that there would be as a result of multiple people's player characters in Morrowind. There are as many Nerevarines as there are people who play Morrowind.

The Numidium is a god and like all gods able to influence the ordering of events in time. However that doesn't explain why there was more then one. Only if there were already multiple time lines when the Numidium was activated it is possible to end up with more the one - once activated the Numidium can persist its present time line on its on.

Guess who was the causing the initial branching of timelines?
