The Guilds of Cyrodiil section has been completed.  I was able to find some more images in the .dds files for The Fighters Guild and The Arena.  Also, I finished the Book of Spells.  It's an excellent reference source for all of you spellcasters.

Seems to me, the actor was the same as the narrator in Daggerfall introduction movie, which is Julian Lefay.

Raptormeat's Khajiit Physiology - Phases and Forms has been promoted to the main part of the Library.

This could do with a fair amount of work, as there's a more lore on the various Khajiit forms not taken into consideration, such as the references in Mixed Unit Tactics, and so on. Descriptons in the current article such as 'Nothing is known about the Dagi. I speculate that it is quadripedal.' aren't helpful for those researching the Khajiit.

I'd be happy to clean up the article myself if needed :)

And I'm sure there's a bit or two from The Infernal City.

Actually, no, I'm not joking.  There's a lot of information about the Khajiit in the novel.

There's a fair amount of lore on Khajiit/Elsweyr in general in the book, including a description of Riverhold, an indepth description of Rimmen, an insight into Khajiiti consumption of Moon Sugar, the way in which the nomadic familes of the Anequina tribe interact with each other and outsiders, a good insight into Elsweyr's climate/environment (including Attrebus making a comment about the assumption that Elsweyr is mostly desert [in the north], something which alot of TES literature leads one to beleive, when rather it is mostly grasslands, savannah, steppes and praries [in the north], as he finds out.)

TIC may not be the best written book, but it is excellent in terms of it's Lore.

You want me to post relevant bits from my archive so you don't have to retype stuff?

Adding some pics might be nice too.

Not sure if you two are talking to me about the Khajiiti Physiology article, but if you are, then yes posting relevant bits from TIC would be helpful, and I plan on making some pics up (same size as the moon pics) for the various forms of Khajiit (from screenies taken from the games and cropped images from the first pocket guide).

We both were referring to you.

For now, I put your notes online as a reference source until we decide how best to utilize them in the new section.

Not too much of an update, but I added the two fragments from World-Eating 101 into the Obscure Texts section this morning. Enjoy.

Hi everyone,

I finally got around to joining. I kind of miss the old place, but I guess I'll warm to the Drupal Library.

I still want to do my bit and give this place the beautiful design that it deserves, but I'm afraid I'm going to have to see when that's possible. Life has gotten kind of rough. I'm currently gathering evidence for a lawsuit I'm going to file against a former client, and I'm trying to salvage my relationship with another client after a bunch of scumbags I took for friends stole them from me. Money's also quite tight, and if I have any spare time I have to use it to follow leads to try to get some more work in.

To cap it all, my aunt and uncle (with whom I'm currently staying) were involved in a serious car accident yesterday. They're both alive, but the car was written off and my uncle broke his arm very badly. We're all quite worried about him, since he's a surgeon, and if he loses the use of his arm he'll lose his livelihood.

I'll still be around and I'll let you all know when I'll be able to dedicate some time to the Library's design, but until then, I'll probably be quite scarce. If you all want to catch up with me now and again, you can always contact me on Facebook as well.

Cheers,

B

Please don't worry about us.  Get things sorted out with yourself and your family first.

Best wishes...

Just finished Timeline. Will start work on TES Characters. The goal is to create the background story of all TES Characters, but this is very ambitious project that probably never finished. Probably I will make this a community project.

Guide to Akavir is up. Added a little bit about the Tonenaka while I was at it.

Is there a reason we can still see the old forums? I am not complaining, I only found this after googling myself. Just wondering if the old posts are always going to be up for archival reasons or whatever.

I believe we are going to keep them up for a while in case there''s something of value people want.  Eventually, I think we will shut them down completely.

This is totally off topic but anyhow...

There's this thing in Drupal, think it's called a "book", where you add pages and they automatically have the previous, next and up links to other pages of the book. Right? Speaking from three-years-old memories here.

Well, in hope you know what I'm talking about, here's the thing:

I need such a module/control/widget/whatever for a completely different CMS (making a site based on dnn). Do any of you happen to know how the thing is actually called? I tried searching for "book", "pages", "pager" and whatnot but nothing comes out.

I know exactly what you are talking about because we are using books here.  I believe the collaborative books are built in to the Drupal version we have.  I don't know if there's a separate module or not because I'm not an expert on that part of Drupal.  Xan or Proweler will know more.  Sorry.

Thanks B, that's exactly the thing I meant. Only I need it for dnn, not Drupal. Or something similar to it. The main "feature" I'd like to have is the linking system, so that I don't need to link stuff myself.
