I don't have a problem with people getting off to hot older women - they need loving too! - but the names are just so damn unappealing.

Now I feel bad.  Had I known how popular the thread was going to be, I never would've deleted it.

Ooh, can we start keeping a pr0nz spam stash in the admin forum?

[edit] Well, speak of the devil. I think "your mom tossed my salad" is my favorite from the new batch.

Yeah, I recommend Captcha. I have a little kid brother here, the last thing I need him to see if he jumps on my back is this kind of stuff.

"What's a cumshot, Joe? What's titties?" I don't need that shit.

I was under the impression that we already had a capcha...?

Do we? I haven't signed up a new account to check. I don't remember if there was one when I signed up, but then I can be scatterbrained if I don't write stuff down.

I just checked, apparently we don't. I'll install one on Thursday if no one does it before then. Its just bizarre seeing a capcha-less forum in 2010 o.O

I thought Xan or Proweler were going to install one.  I guess I was wrong.  Go ahead, Lady N, install one when you have a chance.

Captcha installed, using the Captcha and reCaptcha modules. Thanks to reCaptcha, any time you solve a captcha you help to digitize an old book :)

Favorite pr0nz name of today: DangerDongs.

I saw that on a documentary! That it's used to make digital copies of pre-ISBN books and old New York Times issues.

Yeah sorry about that. Being a Master student takes allot of time.

So, the Imperial Library somehow managed to get to Aetherius.

This reminds me on my project to re-style the library. Right after coding the bestiaries, which comes after homework, which comes after finishing making signs for real life stuff, which comes after working on my portfolio.

I like some of the things here.  It doesn't seem so overwhelming; however, we need to get some color back into this place.

I like this new look. It's very professional and library-ish. Almost reminds me of my own work's database.

Your work's database is boring and terrible.

The old theme is still around you know, the menus are just absent. So if you don't actually use the library for browsing, you can switch to the old theme (its done under the Edit tab of your profile).

You don't have a "theme configuration" box under the Edit tab of your profile? It has a bunch of pictures and round checkbox things. I'll look into it, it might not be enabled for your permission level.

Theres this thing called college which led me to something of a AC/BSG binge during my 2 day "vacation". I've ticked what look like the correct checkboxes for personal themes, try it now. Hopefully I managed not to break the site.

Bestiaries are receiving an overhaul, dono when they will be up.

A little update.

I've set up a development server now so I can safly piddle around with drupal.

First thing up is a way to display books that contain allot of sub books on a single page.

For the time being, I've enabled the printer-friendly version links of book pages.

When you go the Sermons for example you can find a Printer-friendly version. Which contains all books on a single page.

I realise this is not ideal but the other alternative is being worked on.

At this point we might as well make new pages by hand, it seems a whole lot easier than fuddling with Drupal. In the long run, custom code is better though.

We now have the option to change to the old theme. I suppose we have to choose, pretty or navigable.

Some of the other themes are better than the default one though.

I'm thinking there is some sort of eqaution that states the amount of work never decreases. We've just made the simple work easier and the hard things harder.

But yeah it's the long run that matters. Heres to hoping there will be a few more games!

Did the skin change and/or software update mess with the uploaded files by any chance? I was sure that all the images in the mysterium xarxes fsg article worked before :/

Any movement on getting the theme back?

Also, the forums seem to be buggy and slow on my side. I've tried three times to post a reply to What's New, Pussycat and it keeps timing out.
