Mehra Milo was a Tribunal Temple priestess who worked in the libraries at the Hall of Wisdom and Justice. She helped the Nerevarine by providing some forbidden information. Because of this she was imprisoned in the Ministry of Truth. The Nerevarine infiltrated the floating prison and helped her escaped to Holamayan Monastery.
