Hello again. Im mark, the setting meister at a rampage games. Were a -tiny- uk indie games compaby. We are about to ramp up to taking our indie elder scrolls type game to  publishers.

Before that we are gearing up to a steam early access release of the pc game; in about a month.

We want to go about punting a set of free steam keys to diehard setting and story fans here at the library. Essentially seeking feedback on how our setting measures up.

We have to date about 25 ingame readable books, just like elder scrolls; and about 100 setting based notes and items.

; no marketing had been done yet as we are focusing on building more setting , more ingame books, more levels etc.

Were seeking ideally at least 10 people to become champions of the game. Paladins even. Nay, they shall be: heros.

We want to give these heros a developer unlock steam key to the game, free.

All we ask for is feedback. And if we get your approval for the game: to champion it.

Pen a masterful steam review, amaze metacritic, tell people. Use a bugle if you have one. A town crier bell if not.

This is an exclusive for setting and story fiends; so the imperial library is the first ever outreach for the game.

To the lovelly moderator people: is there another place this post can be made? Or added to? Its ironic , im one of the devs and story writers but i havent used a forum in 7 years.

Links to the game video.
Example draft tailor :
This is a working prototype, not the final standard of polish we aspire to

Ps.  Hmm

tried to attach an image of an ingame book but cant seem to get it to work on an iphone.

Hey, you could post about your game in General Board, but more about the game and less about simply advertising, right? I don't know what could cause your problem with the iPhone, try on PC.

Well, not the response i expected, being honest.

Person spends the time to write a post, rocks up offering a stack of steam beta testing keys on an ultra niche website, for an elder scrolls type game , with ingame readable books. How often does THAT happen on the this board. Nothing but a tumbleweed.

if that does not exite you or even prompt a single pm then this is too passive a community i think for what we had in mind.

i will take the aunt sotha comment and make a single post under the general board. But

frankly i do not regard the post as anything like marketing, so other than whats above there im at a loss to what more to add. We didnt even once mention the name of the rpg game. Not marketing to me. As said i will likely repost the exact same text, if you want to know more, ask.

Hello everyone,

I'm Mattias and I was told to introduce myself so that my account does not get terminated.

I have honestly mostly played Skyrim, and a little Oblivion, and have never before taken part in any community concerning the Elder Scrolls. Figured I'd give this one a shot now though.

Currently I am mentally preparing to try and take on ES: Arena.

Hello Librarians and members!

You can call me Mzahngthulish, or just "Mzahng", if you want.
I'm currently studying Dwemer lore and language and on my travels,
I have made discoveries that either nobody made before or were simply
never documented.
Since the Dwemer language is incomplete at best (and lacking crucial and vital vocabulary at worst) I have taken it upon myself to study their
language and lore so that I may recreate the language in its entirety and
while doing this, I came upon something rather curious.
Now, I registered here to possibly discuss my findings (once I am done
With most of my work) and to get feedback on my work.
I hope we'll be getting along well. :D

Hello, I am DSquid89. I am a player of Skyrim and some Morrowind. Dabbled in Oblivion for only a short while. I am currently in the process of learning the dragon language(and alphabet). I joined because reading about the games genuinely interests me. Finding out more about the lore is also great. I mainly play as an Argonian, so argonian history is interesting to me. I've been reading through this website for a month now, but just now decided to join today and am very happy with my decision.

Hello I'm a very active(daily) user over on r/teslore and I absolutely love this site. While playing ESO I often find books that have yet to be catalogued here and I was wondering how I might add these books to y'all's library. Some of them are very interesting such as "The Heartland of Cyrodil"- a book that discusses why people in tamriel think Cyrodil has rain forests. I think most fans would love to read this book and I'd be happy to add it here if possible. That's all thank you for your time.

If you notice a book missing, the best thing to do is let me know - either here on the forums, on Discord, or via PM.

While we've still not gotten to all the books from Elsweyr, everything from before said Chapter should be on TIL already. The Heartland of Cyrodiil is here, for example.

9 and 19

Hello, everyone!

After 5 years, I've finally continued to play The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim and yes, I know Elder Scrolls Online was released 5 years ago as well. I still haven't got ahold of that game so I am quite a stranger to what ESO has to offer.

I have played Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion at a fairly young age of 9 (because that was during 2008, if I remember correctly) and it has been my favorite game eversince. I immediately bought Skyrim on the week of its release during 2011 as a birthday gift for myself (since my birthday was only a few days before the actual release).

With all of those being said, although I haven't had the chance to play the earlier games in the franchise and the latest addition, The Elder Scrolls mean a lot to me. I could say am fairly late in coming across this site but having aged 10 years older than how I was when I first played Oblivion really made me reflect how my interest on TES expands beyond what the games could offer.

Hello, everyone. My name is Salotterhage. I started playing TES back on Battlespire, then Morrowind, Oblivion, Skyrim, and ESO. So, I’ve played a lot, haha. I’ve actually had accounts on TIL before, but lost the account information and you guys popped back into my head and I knew I had to come back.

Specifically, I have yet to find a site that does post-by-post RP’ing as well as TIL. I fully intend on making that my main focus while I’m here. Also, feel free to find me on Funnyjunk and pornhub under the same username.

Hello everyone! I love just about everything about TES, according to my steam profile, I've poured nearly two months of my life into the games. No regrets there. I'm looking forward to immersing myself even further into the lore.

Hell I'm Suraru, also known as the Autistic Loli (it's self-descriptive), KombatWombat, or Notsu Harlan.

My real name is Emily, but most people just call me Sura. I'm an avid roleplayer, having roleplayed in numerous mediums since I was a child, I have a minor in Writing, an in progress minor in Geology, and an in progress major in Psychology (I plan to go into human behavior researching when I'm not helping fellow sheo-touched with meds and therapy.) I also majored in IT in highschool, but I haven't really used it beyond modding all of my favorite games and fixing/building computers. As it turns out, I hate professional, corporate, and office environments, which if I chased an IT degree is likely where I would have ended up, so after highschool I did security and later law enforcement, before dropping out of all of that to refocus my true passions: helping people by writing good stories. Yes, the geology minor is 100% for world building, but it's also a pre-req for psychology because you learn about how different cultures affect society.

As my names suggest, I am autistic and I am quite tiny and lithe, but I am of legal drinking age in the US so the name isn't 100% accurate, it's just funny to me. I've also experienced enough trauma and abuse from real life to find myself with all sorts of mental disorders, some more extreme than others, but instead of allowing myself to become a victim (or worse: being defined by these labels) I've tried my hardest to be as functional as possible while working to treat and cure everything I've been diagnosed with, hopefully inspiring others to do the same. As you get to know me, and as I get comfortable around people, you'll notice these things slip out sometimes, thus I endearingly refer to myself as sheo-touched within the TES community. I share this not because I expect to be excused when I lose my mind on occasion, but to help explain why and prevent anyone from blaming themselves.

I first got into Elder Scrolls after playing Fallout 3, I loved post apocalyptic settings as much as I loved Sci-Fi, and when I learned there was a Fantasy setting that let you play as a badass looking cat girl cutting down monsters with a sword and shooting fire out of your hands, I was hooked, starting my adventures with Oblivion. I later got into Skyrim when it released, Morrowind for the lore and story, then ESO for the social and roleplaying; loving all four regardless of popular criticism. ESO is when my knowledge of lore really expanded as I became involved in the community, first being frustrated with how vague and conflicting the lore was, and later growing to appreciate it as it allowed the community to flesh it out ourselves, creating a very beautiful melting pot of styles made by hundreds of minds. The conflicts when two people have different visions of lore create some very interesting conversations that could almost be seen as in character sometimes too.

Lately I've been working on fleshing out some of the more neglected parts of the lore compendium, starting with mapping. If you've been in the TES 3 Cartography Club, you've probably seen my work as I try to create in-depth political maps and heightmaps of not just Tamriel, but all of Nirn, using work other's have created as a base to try and help link the lore community and build off of instead of replace or conflict with, something I hope others do with my art as well. When I finish my maps, I plan to change my focus into designing a spiritual successor to Arena, free to play of course because of copyright laws, including as much fan-created and unofficial lore as I can: the ultimate love letter to the community.

But whenever I'm not working on these medium ambitious projects, I'm usually available to talk to, roleplay with, and share opinions on the amazing art created by you guys. The Elder Scrolls has been my favorite hobby and escapism for the past decade or so, and I haven't seen my interest peek yet as it continues to climb higher and higher. If you read this whole chapter of an intro, sorry you had to suffer my life story, but I hope that just means we'll become friends :D

Hey gang. I decided to check back into TES lore after a long hiatus after Skyrim, and realized I already have an account here. It's seven years old!

Anyway got into the Elder Scrolls with Morrowind and all the subsequent major games. I never did go back and play Daggerfall, Arena, Redguard, etc., and unfortunately I don't have time to play a MMORPG like Elder Scrolls Online. All I care about is lore, really, so reading about it is 80% of the fun for me.

I miss the Michael Kirkbride era metaphysical mystery, though actually roleplaying in character as one of the lore sages is a bit beyond my capabilities :)
