Greetings!

I just wanted to peek inside and say hello. I’m using the free-to-play week to try out ESO again. Unfortunately, I am starting all over and using an Xbox One. Anyway, I considered ESO when the Morrowind expansion was released but decided against it. Now that the Summerset expansion has been announced, I couldn’t resist the temptation to create an account to see if I can maintain the desire to play. If all goes well, I may get to visit Artaeum.

I hope all is well...

Hello! I'm still playing the game and I have to tell you that it's beyond awesome now. I hope we'll meet in-game someday, but I'm EU and I don't know which server you use. I preordered Summerset and can't wait to set my foot on Artaeum. I'm waiting for the Psijic Order more, than for Alinor itself. I feel that I will love this DLC, it's something new and unexplored since TES: Arena. See you, adventurer!

That’s great to hear! I’m glad you find the game to be fantastic. Unfortunately, I’m playing on the North American server. It would have been great to cross paths.

So far, I am liking the game, and I’m just replaying all of the things I did years ago. I’m sure I’ll love it even more if I travel to Morrowind. As long as I can sustain my current PvE playing style, I should continue.

Years ago, I played as a Magicka user (Psijic wannabe), but my style has changed. Now I’m playing as a Bosmer Nightblade, currently making my way in Khenarthi’s Roost. I rely on stealth, a bow, and medium armor.  I have most of my points in Shadow, Bow, and Medium Armor, but I’m not sure how successful it’ll be in the later zones.  I’m only level 7 at the moment so I’m sure I’ll find out soon enough.

I left TES and the Library years ago, so for me to be back at both means I must be excited and motivated about something. I can honestly say it’s my love of Artaeum (just look at the outdated Guide to the Psijic Order I put together long ago as evidence of my love). Too bad I’m no longer a Psijic wannabe.

Hey long time no B!

I'm not a fan of MMO's so I won't be seeing you anywhere online I'm afraid.

Never the less enjoy!

Hey man! Good to see things are still going strong here.

I can’t say I’m a huge fan of MMOs either. With my limited game-playing schedule, I can really only play 1-2 hours at most per night. At the moment, I’m playing ESO pretty much solo. I guess that’s why I role play as a lone sniper/assassin - sneak in, take out the target(s), and get out. I guess that’s how I like to play most games now - log in, do some stuff for an hour or so and log out. I’m sure I’ll have to group more as I progress through ESO, though.

In all truthfulness, I’m just interested in ESO for the ability to visit Morrowind again and to see Artaeum. I wish I could hit a ‘skip ahead’ button to get there sooner.

Hey B, nice to see you!

You can! If you own the Morrowind chapter, you can actually start your character there right away. Same thing will be true for Summerset when that comes out. If you'd rather keep playing the same character you have now, you can always just run there. The world is leveled to your character, and no longer gated by quests, so you should be able to find a ship or a wayshrine that'll teleport you there.

That’s good to know. I’ll have to investigate. Thanks!

Nice to see an old face!

I'm hoping to have time later this year to get into ESO a bit, perhaps we'll run into one another.

I've never played an MMO before but I expect I'll like it. Part of the reason I haven't touched it yet was because I knew I would immediately fail out of graduate school the day I bought it; now that school is almost over I can finally think about delving in.

What do you dislike about them proweler?
