High Chancellor Ocato,

I ask that you head this letter carefully. As you and I well know, the structure of the Septim Empire, which has kept all of Tamriel from falling into anarchy is in danger of collapse. The seeds of discord have been sown within the provinces, and open rebellion seems more likely with each passing hour. The resources of the Imperial Legions cannot contain the might of an entire continent for long, but our problems are much graver than any mortal rebellion.

The Oblivion Crisis has done more damage than you know. When Martin summoned Akatosh himself to  defeat Dagon, he created a disturbance that shook the very fabric of Aurbis. The full affects are not yet known. However, I, as well as many of my colleagues, have deduced that a massive influx of Magicka (trapped in its potential form within matter) will released all at once  this cosmic "shock wave" reverberates back its the source within the Imperial capital. This sudden explosion, if you will, could weaken the liminal bridges connecting Nirn to the other Planes. In essence, a second Oblivion Crisis is inevitable. Ironically, this one will be caused by the very act that ended the first. This time it won't be just Dagon either. Should Molag Bal, Boethia, Azura, or any of the other Daedric Princes wish to set their forces against Nirn, they may.

What I ask is drastic, but necessary. I ask that this note be passed to every Legion Commander and Guild Master with your command for them to join forces with the Psijic Order. Long have we retained our role as teachers and advisers, but know we assume our true role as Protectors to Tamriel. In order to preserve peace and life, control of all resources must be turned over to the Psijic. I know this is a completely absurd, but it must be done. I am currently away in Akavir lending vital assistance to an old friend of mine and I do not plan to return until Frostfall of 438 (3E, just to be clear). Once I do return, I will make every effort to meet with you so that we may discuss this. I implore you to consider these conditions, as they may be the only way that Tamriel is to survive the coming decades.

Iachesis Greyfeather, Rite Master of the Psijic Order and Champion of Cyrodil

I understand your concern for wanting to preserve the empire and the world you and I both stuggled to save during the crisis, but i beleive your fear may be... misplaced due to i think that the seal created by the summoning of Akatosh only protected Tamriel and Nirn in general from Dagons deadlands, and i say that because after the crisis ended a door to the Daedric Prince Sheogorath's realm opened in the Niben. ( Which I am now the lord of. ) Implying that Nirn was only protected from Dagon and his armies.

Instead of trying to find someone to blame how about you prepare for an attack I've recently discovered to be likely to happen.

The Thalmor shouldn't be your primary concern.

 Iachesis Greyfather,

I High Chancellor Ocato address the leader to your order as a whole. The concern you have for the empire and Tamerial is truly genuine, and with good reason. I however can not divert any funding or the few remaining legions I have left to prevent a crisis that may not occur in the next ten thousand years. I will however inform the Synod and the College of Whispers of your concern. They are currently trying to obtain artifacts of power, hopefully with these artifacts the tide of the next oblivion crisis will be in our favor. Also please be as discreet as possible. The newly formed Aldmeri Dominion is breathing down my back. I am afraid that if they discover the empire is working with the Psijic order, they will use that as a provocation, and go to war with the crumbling empire. Which is why I must deny you request you may have the best of intentions but the outcome will leave Tamerial open to attack not from the Daedra but from the people.

High Chancellor Ocato

I, Mipo-Ei-Masdok of the proud Masdok clan, would like to reveal some information that was recently revealed to me. I have very recently found out through my studies of Daedric texts leftover from the Oblivion Crisis and from my own realm: The Shivering Isles. The texts have revealed that the increase of magicka is a permanent side effect of Martin's summoning of Akatosh. I've also learned that this permanent residual magicka can be channeled towards the....I don't know exactly but the texts seem to have suggested the....creation of a new plain of Oblivion. It mentions a ritual that focuses the magicka to create an opening and expand the realm. I do not know any details of the ritual or signs one had just taken place, but I do know that with this information, and it's almost certain it's available then just my documents, we're in great danger, not from Dagon, but from others dissatisfied with our ways of life who wishs to "change" it. I consider myself a great combatant and leader (I control my own plane of Oblivion), but I am not a good mage, therefore I'd be unable to combat these threats with magicka. I do have one major advantage to help our crumbling empire: I have my own limitless army. My wariors from the Shivering Isles will fight to the death, be reborn, and fight again at my command. May this information benefit the Empire.

Mipo seems to have it going on. I believe his post could be the start of a RP. Although i don't know what Akatosh has to do with magicka. Or the knowledge of a never-before-seen and never heard of ritual to create a new realm. Im a bit intrigued to see where this would have gone should it have been successful.

I could start one, although I'd need the help of my fellow champions and heroes.

I'm surprised that Martin's actions didn't cause some kind of dragon break. Unless it did, and that's partly the reason for Alduin's return. Though I think that Alduin just happened to be sent back in time by the scroll at that moment, but who knows. Maybe its a little of both?

Maybe Martin's actions is why Alduin came around that time. Akatosh and Lorkhan work to preserve the cycle and hold Alduin back, so maybe Martin's becoming an Akatosh avatar weakened the Time Dragon enough to cause the dragonbreak, and allowed Alduin to come back from his time warp trip within the break.

I dunno, just throwing ideas.
