Jobasha is a Khajiit scholar and bookseller. He ran Jobasha's Rare Books in Vivec City, which had a wide selection of rare books. Jobasha was also an abolitionist, and rewards the Nerevarine for liberating slaves.

Outside of Morrowind, Jobasha was the pen name of Duglass Goodall, a Morrowind developer. He appears in the Interview with Douglas Goodall and the Interview with Three Booksellers. He is also the owner of Sermon Zero, the Dreadful Theft of Sun's Dusk Ale, and the Minutes of the Lusty Argonian Historical Society.
