HuleeyaAppeared in: TES3: Morrowind. Huleeya was an Argonian and a Morag Tong assassin. He is fascinated with history, and a collector of books. The Nerevarine (at that time he had not received the title of Nerevarine and Hortator) received his notes about the Nerevarine cult to be delivered to Caius Cosades.
