Crassius Curio was the one of the concilors of House Hlaalu. He lived in his manor in Hlaalu Plaza, Vivec. Crassius Curio can be very eccentric at times; he prefers to be called 'Uncle Crassius.' He is also famous of his play of "The Lusty Argonian Maid", a more successful play than his old "Dance of the Three-Legged Guar."

He helped the Nerevarine to gain the title of Hlaalu Hortator.
