Brennan was the Captain of the ship that Cyrus hired to deliver him from Wayrest in High Rock to Stros M'Kai in Hammerfell.

In Stros M'Kai, the Brennan made a deal with the Imperials to ambush Cyrus, but Cyrus knew this and killed him along with the Imperial guards who were supposed to capture him.
