February 2006
Here's a tentative Battlespire Bestiary attempt.
Do any of you who have the Battlespire Official Hint Book want to help me with it? Please contact me. I'll credit you as Cowriters.
(I bet 100 dead Scamps that no one will contact me.)
If you noticed, I modified a bit the design of TIL. I hope it can bring some freshness to the four years old web design.
One article by Polycarp titled An Altmeri Perspective on Tamrielic Religion: A Comparison has been added in the Forum Scholars Guild.
The new ArthmodeusD's Nirn Map has been uploaded to the Cartography Section.
Common Names in Morrowind is now available in a web-friendlier version.
Part 7 of the Battlespire Storyline is now available. There's a neat conversation with Mehrunes Dagon in it.
And now... Good night. Wake me up next year.
Part 6 of the Battlespire Storyline is now available. The one part that can really make you think (Shows that TES contained lots of mumbo-jumbo even before Michael Kirkbride joined the boat.).
The Havok Wellhead map has been added to the Cartography section.
One part left.
And then I'm going back into hibernation!
Part 5 of the Battlespire Storyline is now available. It is, in my opinion, the most boring and least informative part, yet also the funniest (Warning: stupid quests inside!).
The Chimera of Desolation map has been added to the Cartography section.
There were actually five aggresive Dark Seducers, by the way. But they went bye-bye. Apparently, my Redguard character actually is somewhat rather kind of supposedly sorta almost powerful. Or something.
The Cartography section is updated with the Cyrodiil Map that will ship with TES4: Oblivion. I also added Drekkus' article, Theories on The Mysterium Xarxes in the Forum Scholars Guild section.
How long has it been since I last updated the Battlespire Storyline? Oh, just two days?
It seems like it's been an eternity. But Einstein did say this once:
"When a man sits with a pretty girl for an hour, it seems like a minute. But let him sit on a hot stove for a minute and it's longer than any hour. That's relativity."
Yes, Part 4 of the Battlespire Storyline is now available.
The Shade Perilous map has been added to the Cartography section.
Uh... At least those Dark Seducers weren't as tough as they were when I first played the game (I had a much wimpier character then. Imagine this: a Battlemage who refrained from using any magic besides Cure Health...).
Part 3 of the Battlespire Storyline is now available. It's all about Ghosts on drugs, emo Wraiths and UNCOOL Vampires (Yes, the Ideal Masters were/are Vampires. Gem Vampires.).
The Soul Cairn map has been added to the Cartography section.
I'm not sure when Part 4 is going to done, if ever, as the Shade Perilous (The place where it takes place.) is, for me, the most frustrating place in the whole TES series. Also, the Chimera of Desolation (Place where Part 5 takes place.) is #2, only second because it doesn't have more than several Dark Seducers (But those are all in one place and really frustrating to get past...). The place where the last level takes place is #3. It's not #1 or #2 just because it's short...
We decided to remove the Tamriel Gods section since most of the information in the section can be found in other sections. Basically only one article that is important, Shezarr and the Eight Divines. The article explains Shezarr the One God of Alessian Order. It has a new place now, in the Pocket Guide to the Empire section, as an extension of Alessian Order information. And.. Mad God's Masque and Bellicose Ball has been updated as well with one new poem by the daM doG. :)
